About to test a new theme I’m working on

Theme Name : “Damn Ugly”
Version: 0.5

Hi there if you see a funny looking theme, with weird sidebox headers, then you should leave a comment and tell me what you think about the layout and design of my “damn ugly” theme!! all comments are appreciated!! the new theme will run for about an hour then I’m going to switch back to the known layout!

UPDATE

Thanks to valerie’s comments I  have narrowed don’t the height of the banner, and have to say that it looks much better at the moment, there are some other design factors that need modification, but I’m happy with it, so this will be the theme I’m going to use for this blog!

    ooh! i like the font! (on the funny looking sidebar headers!!) I have never created my own theme.. but you should really reconsider your header.. btw, I really like the footer!!

    Hi val!

    Thanks for stopping by, Well there is still ALLOT to do..hehehe! Nice you noticed my sidebar headers, they are generated on the fly, I’ve constructed a simple way to create image-headers for widget ready sidebars, this way designers will have MUCH more flexibility, Am writing a tut about it, and will release the code soon.

    Glad you like it!! so should I leave it ?? or switch back to the old theme I was using?

    you could switch back.. and leave the cute sidebar headers.. ;) is the tutorial code almost the same as when you change the email to an image?

    :( you don’t like this theme ? hmm.. well I did call it “Damn Ugly” haha, but the other theme that I was using untill 2 hours ago was SO NOT me… you know.. to much white, and I like my weird inventions !! , I admit there is still more styling left to do, but I will get there.. :)

    I didn’t say it’s that bad really.. I really really like the footer, and .. the sidebar headers! ;) I guess when someone looks into a page.. the header gets them the most. So your header needs more styling and stuff.. (I’m not sure how though). GoodLuck on the project.. I say you go on to improving your theme..

    Yes, I did change my sidebox header font, this way the look much better I think!! Today I pubblish an article in how to do make headers like this.
